Khalid Mirza is the former chairman of the Competition Commission of Pakistan. Prior to this, he was Sector Manager for Financial and Private Sector Development, East Asia and Pacific Region at the World Bank. He served one full term as chairman of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan from March 2000 to March 2003.
